Unsere Welt ist voller Gegensätze. Sie ist sowohl schön als auch hässlich, ist bunt und grau, schwarz und weiß, glänzend und matt, abstrakt und realistisch, langweilig und aufregend, zärtlich und brutal, riesig und winzig, erfinderisch und einfältig, arm und reich, freigiebig und geizig, religiös und ungläubig, glücklich und traurig, lebendig und tödlich, männlich und weiblich, schnell und langsam, friedlich und kriegerisch, still und laut, stark und schwach, intelligent und dumm, fleißig und faul, gesund und krank, mutig und feige, wütend und ausgleichend, ausschweifend und asketisch, neidisch und anerkennend, gesellig und einsam, chaotisch und strukturiert zugleich, usw. usw. Die Liste ist unerschöpflich und ließe sich unendlich fortsetzen.

Gegensätzen und Widersprüchlichkeiten bringen Energie und machen unsere Welt so unglaublich spannend. Wenn mich aktuelle Ereignisse bewegen, verarbeite ich diese in Collage artigen Bildern. Dafür nehme ich Motive die das aus meiner Sicht am besten zum Ausdruck bringen. Den passend Malstil ordne ich dem Motiv komplett unter. Aktuell favorisiere ich eine expressionistische und gleichzeitig transparent wirkende Malweise. Damit werde ich die Welt nicht ändern, aber selber besser verstehen, aufrütteln und bunter machen können.

In Dresden geboren, in Bayern das Brauerhandwerk erlernt, im emsländischen Haselünne Hochprozentiges veredelt, betreibe ich seit 2009 als Kunstmaler mein eigenes Atelier. Dabei habe ich an Ausstellungen in Tokyo, Paris, New York, in Kanada oder England ebenso teilgenommen wie auch in der heimischen Region.

Unsere faszinierende Welt mit seinen Farben und Formen komponiere ich zu neuen Kreationen. Seit geraumer Zeit bewegt mich das Thema Gerechtigkeit, welches ich in Bildern zu gesellschaftlichen, politischen und religiösen Fragen ausdrücke. Hierfür habe ich meinen eigenen transparenten, expressionistischen Malstil entwickelt.

Ausgezeichnet 2015 mit dem "Sandro Botticelli Preis" in Florenz, dem Internationalen Michelangelo Preis“ in Rom. In 2016 Träger des Titels „Artist for UNICEF“, dem „Leonardo Da Vinci Award“ 2018 in Florenz. sowie „Artist of the Year 2019“ in Mantua.

Our world is full of contrasts. It is both beautiful and ugly, is colorful and gray, black and white, abstract and realistic, boring and exciting, tender and brutal, huge and tiny, inventive and simple, poor and rich, generous and stingy, religious and disbelief, happy and sad, alive and deadly, male and female, fast and slow, peaceful and warlike, quiet and loud, strong and weak, intelligent and stupid, industrious and lazy, healthy and sick, brave and cowardly, mad and balancing , licentious and ascetic, jealous and appreciative, sociable and lonely, chaotic and structured at the same time, etc., etc. The list is inexhaustible and could be continued endlessly.

Contrasts and contradictions bring energy and make our world so incredibly exciting. If I move current events, I deal with this like in collage images. But I suppose the motives bring in my view best expressed. The match style of painting I arrange the design under completely. Currently I tend to prefer an expressionist, while seemingly transparent painting. So I will not change the world but themselves understand better can shake up and make more colorful.

Born in Dresden/Germany, learnd beer craft in Bavaria, refined with hart liquor in Haselünne/Emsland, I have been running my own studio as an artist since 2009. I took part in exhibitions in Tokyo, Paris, New York, Canada or England as well in the home region.

Our fascinating world with its colors and shapes I compose new creations. For quite some time I have been concerned with the topic of justice, which I express in pictures on social, political and religious questions. For this I have developed my own transparent expressionistic style.
